Local Finds: Mother's Day Gift Ideas found in Ontario's Lake Country!

Happy Tuesday and welcome back to my site; today we are doing local finds for upcoming Mother's Day gifts.  I want to share with you some of the great items I found while visiting a local antique mall near me 'Antiques on 11' just north of Orillia, Ontario, Canada. 

The mall has a great selection of vendors from refined traditional items, shabby chic, collectables, rustic furniture and vintage clothing.  Surely you will be able to find something great for Mom.

Here are just a few of the items I found on my recent visit.


Retro Polka Dot dress in a popular Ladies Size 8 listed for just $59.00

What Mom wouldn't like a tea trolley for her deck or porch for serving drinks or afternoon tea.  This one was just $75 and had a glass cover to protect the finish.

 

Or for the Mom on the go this 1950's Vintage Sunshine Ballontine that was ready for bike riding season for $199

 

Wonderful metal Peacocks - Wow just $15 for 6 of them at booth H-3. 
These would make such a great decorative display for a feature wall.

I found lots of wonderful home décor items also which would make great affordable and truly unique gifts for Mother's Day.














An Original Oil painting for $40 at W-3 with a wonderful Spring Tulip theme.

A really unique Victorian Toll art in an intricately carved display frame for $150 in C-169.

Or what Mom couldn't use this really unique Iron wine rack.

Wine not Mom's thing, then how about this super unique vintage coffee pot.

With a starburst glass bottom and triangular pot a truly unique gift and just
$35.00 at booth R-3.

A wonderful vintage Quilt, this was just one of the many that were
available on our tour through the mall.

$65 for the set is quite the deal.

A great 1920-30s corner china cabinet at W-3 for just $150.

 

I had a great tour through the local mall, and the staff and vendors at Antiques on 11 were amazing and super friendly.  There was literally something there for all budgets and I really enjoyed just walking through and learning some of the history of some items.  So next time you are in Ontario's Lake Country make sure to visit Antiques on 11 North Mall.
